What we collect

When you enquire about a studio. Your name and phone number, and your email address and message if you provide them. Your enquiry comes to BookMyPodcastStudio — we use it to put you in touch with the studio you contacted, and we keep a copy so we can follow up.

When you create an account. Your phone number, which we verify with a one-time code, plus any name, email address or profile picture you add. If you save studios, we store that list against your account.

When you browse. We use Vercel Analytics, which reports aggregate page traffic. It does not use cookies to track you across other websites. Signing in stores a token in your browser so you stay signed in; clearing your browser data removes it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing messages to people who have only submitted an enquiry.

Studio listings

Listings describe businesses, and some were compiled from publicly available sources including business listings and public directories. Ratings and review counts shown on a studio page are attributed to their source. If you represent a studio and want its listing corrected, claimed or removed, write to us and we will action it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted automatically 24 months after you send them. Account details are kept for as long as your account exists; ask us to close it and we will remove them. One-time login codes expire within minutes and are deleted after that.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@bookmypodcaststudio.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
